3. Payment Terms

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms are specified in each individual service agreement. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery and the terms of your specific agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed-upon usage rights for deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Afterthink Studio retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Afterthink Studio's liability is limited to the value of the specific service engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
